Contract Conclusion： If you order products through our website, your order becomes an application or offer to buy products. We will send you an email confirming the receipt of the order, with the details of the order. However, our approval and acceptance of your contract application will only be established when we send you an email confirming the delivery to inform you that we have delivered the product. If you order multiple products in one order and we only send you the delivery confirmation email about some of them, then the contract about that part of products will not be established until we send the delivery confirmation email about other products. When the goods you purchased leave the warehouse of unitop or its affiliated companies, the ownership and risk of loss of the goods will be transferred to your side.

Product Description：Unitop and its affiliates strive to make product descriptions as accurate as possible. However, we do not guarantee that the product description or other contents on unitop website are accurate, complete, reliable, up-to-date or error-free. If the product provided by unitop itself is not as stated in the instructions, your only remedy is to return the unused product to us.

Price ：We can't confirm the price of the goods until you place an order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items in our catalogue may have pricing errors. If we find wrong pricing, we will take one of the following measures: (i) If the correct pricing of a commodity is lower than our wrong pricing, we will sell and deliver the commodity to you at the lower pricing. (ii) If the correct pricing of a commodity is higher than our wrong pricing, we will decide whether to contact you for your instructions before delivery or cancel the order and inform you according to our situation.

Exceptions：If the website sales system crashes or can't be used normally due to force majeure or other uncontrollable reasons, resulting in incomplete online transactions or loss of relevant information and records, the website will not be responsible. However, we will do our best to help deal with the aftermath, and try our best to reduce the economic losses that customers may suffer.
